We were staying at a house that belonged to a friend of my parents (they rented it when they were not there themselves), and I got to sleep in the room of their son. I was on holiday with my parents and my brother, and I was like twelve years old. My first contact with the fantasy genre was totally by chance. Well, I'm from Europe, and I'm an assistant professor.
